Refer to Us

You can book directly online yourself before you have your referral. To go ahead with your appointment, however, please kindly note for safety reasons we need a referral to proceed. Ask your GP to email us a referral at pm@kinclinic.com.au or you can attend the GP get a print out of your referral, photograph this and send this to us yourself at our pm@kinclinic.com.au email.

Please ask your GP to include in your referral:

  • Any Current Diagnoses (physical and mental health)
  • Any Current Medications
  • Any Past Medical History
  • Reason for Referral

*Our psychiatrists can make prescriptions for all states except for Tasmania . For patients in Tasmania if you wish to be seen by Kin Clinic, please ask your GP to include in their referral letter that they agree to make the prescriptions the psychiatrist advises for any diagnoses given. This is because psychiatrists outside of Tasmania are not permitted to prescribe for patients based in Tasmania. We do not currently have any Psychiatrists based in Tasmania.
